The cooperation with our customers can begin with the implementation of a new system when the customer's choice of system and supplier is ready, and we participate in the role of the customer's project manager. More commonly, our collaboration begins earlier, when the need for a new system has been identified. We then participate in the assessment of needs and requirements as well as the selection process before the procurement of a new system.
In the projects, we take a great deal of responsibility and focus on reaching set goals. We avoid problems and pitfalls and contribute to a good climate in the project. After many years of experience with different systems, suppliers and project models, we have created a broad competence and an efficient way of working. Documentation is used in an optimal way for the customer and the project, based on known project models or the customer's choice of project model.
